Anyone can tell you they do clean work. Seeing it is different. The photos below show real scenarios we walk into across San Jose: rusted furnace cabinets, failing AC condensers, ductwork that has seen better decades. Some jobs are repairs, some are full replacements, but every one ends the same way: written pricing up front, a clean install or repair, and the 365-Day Done Right Promise in writing before we leave.

Recent Transformations
AC Condenser Replacement in Willow Glen
The old Carrier condenser had been running since the late 1990s and the compressor was pulling far more amps than it should. Fins on two full sides of the coil were flattened, so the system couldn’t reject heat even on mild San Jose afternoons. We pulled the old unit, set a new condenser on a level composite pad, replaced the lineset insulation, and verified the charge with a digital manifold. The result: the system now holds 72 degrees in the same rooms that used to hover at 80 by 4 p.m.
Furnace Swap in Berryessa: 1994 Rheem to New 80% Two-Stage
This Rheem furnace in Berryessa was 30 years old, and the heat exchanger had visible rust and a small crack that set off a carbon monoxide detector in the hallway. The homeowner got a written repair quote first, but when we both looked at the crack under a borescope, the math favored replacement. We installed a new 80% two-stage furnace, sealed the existing plenum rather than forcing a custom rebuild, and reconnected the flue with a fresh draft hood. The house heats evenly now, and the detector hasn’t tripped since the day we left.
AC Refrigerant Leak Repair and Coil Clean in Cambrian
The homeowner in Cambrian called because the AC “just wasn’t cold.” Static pressure was fine, but the suction line was running warm, which pointed us to a low charge. We found the leak at the Schrader valve cores, replaced both, pressure-tested with nitrogen, then pulled a proper vacuum. After a coil clean and a refrigerant recharge (topping off the cooling fluid your AC needs to run), the temperature drop across the coil came to 19 degrees, which is right on target for a well-running system.
Ductwork Repair Under a Rose Garden House
This Rose Garden home had one bedroom that never reached temperature, summer or winter. In the crawlspace, we found a boot that had pulled free from the floor register, plus a torn section of flex duct about two feet from the plenum. The system was cooling the dirt. We reconnected the boot, replaced the torn section, and sealed every joint we touched with mastic. That bedroom now runs within two degrees of the rest of the house.
AC Installation in Evergreen: Complete Split System Retrofit
An Evergreen homeowner had a condenser that died and an indoor coil that didn’t match the old outdoor unit anyway. It was a patch job that had limped along for years. We did a proper load calculation, then installed a matched Carrier split system with a new lineset and a correctly sized return. Written price was in the homeowner’s hands before any equipment arrived on site. The system now runs shorter cycles, holds a steady temp, and the utility bill in the first summer dropped noticeably.
